  • Sorry to hear about your accident. Kettlebells are great and will help with your recovery. Remember Frank Mir was out of action for almost 2 years and he came back. You can too. Stay strong and hope you do great. Good Luck

  • Great video. I haven't ever actually ever used kettlebells when I was training mma prior to my car accident. I mainly stuck to the big three and too much cardio in those days.

    That looks just like the thing to do as part of a circut. I wouldn't know I just started to learn the better ways to train recently and I broke my neck and had my brain injury ia few years ago in 2005. (seems like much longer)

    I am going to be using a lot of things you've posted up. Thanks.
