@jfri1307 Kriya Yog is safe to practice at all times except outside during a thunder storm. Your spine creates a magnetism that can attract lightning. This is the only cautionary advice that I have heard regarding the practice of the sacred technique.

Sex could never be bad. The whole idea of sex is bad reveals the old conditioning from Religions and people who wanted to suppress the human feelings. Whole nature is sex. So god seem to like it.

@HamsaYogi Im glad you mentioned about the lightening and I came across it. Ive been doing Kundalini yoga for awhile, and have a background in qi gong. I was out for a walk in a lightening storm and i had the 'sense' that I had more of a chance of getting struct then before because of the energies from Kundalini. It was strange because Ive always walked in T-Storms but now, NO WAY! lol
