It's funny, i LOVE THIS SHOW. And I wasn't even there back in the 70s or whatever. But Albert is a little cutie patootie.

When the Ingalls where in process of adopting Albert, Albert his real father showed up at court and demanded Albert back. That's why Albert had to say goodbye to Laura. But once in court, Albert pretended to be blind, that's why his father changed his mind and let him stay with the Ingalls.

@DutchDaisy In the epi "Fagin" there is a missing scene when Albert first asks Charles if he can call him Pa instead of Mr. Ingalls. Do you have that by chance? It has been cut on the epi that I've seen.
