em is head and shoulders above everyone, but pac, biggie, snoop and 50 are up there. 50 obviously isnt as good as he used to be, but thats like saying brett favre isnt a great because of how he is now. same with snoop. snoop isnt as hot as he used to be, but he's still top. hall of fame. i almost cant stand rap now beause of these new rappers.
