Dude.. Why do you discontinue the romero uk project? Because it doesn't work? It does not achieve overunity?

Great job

I got to agree with everyone else. You do good work when it comes to building prototypes.

big it up for maplin

Freaking awesome build.... Makes me want to fire up the CNC so bad I cant stand it. Good thing you haven't posted the cad files anywhere, otherwise I know what I would be doing with all my spare time. :)
Cant wait to see more.

Clanzer you do some amazing work.

What noise!!! LOL. That is super quiet. Beautiful workmanship.

HOW ABOUT INSTEAD OF PLASTIC YOU MAKE THE FRAME OUT OF BISMUTH?! ITS DIA MAGNETIC SO ALL YOU WOULD NEED TO DO IS FIND A BETTER WAY TO CAST A MOLD>>>>JUST POP IN A MAGNET AND LET HER GO.... have the coils on the side or dead center of the mold.... when you cast it apply an electric current as it cools... bismuth has crystaline properties...(acts as a diode) a pretty kool element... just a thought since you can float magnets with this stuff...

if your worried about the wobble in your rotor do what freud does to there saw blades they cut anti-vibration reed into the blade it virtually eliminates all vibration
get 4 reeds them lazer cut into your rotor.
So Clanzer it felt like you were a bit surprised when you started switching off pick-up coils and the rotor started speeding up. That what I posted yesterday and I actually predicted that would happen as Woopy was doing the same test. The full explanation for all of that is on page 147 of the OU thread. You might want to study that.
I was puzzled when you mentioned something like "reaching resonance" when you talked about the rotor stabilizing at it's max speed.

2nd: When you reach maximum speed with no load on the generator the motor-generator is giving you an indication of how much bearing and wind resistance there is. There is no "resonance" when you reach maximum seed. What's happening is the power you supply to the rotor is being burned off in the bearing friction and air friction and Lenz load friction from the pick-up coils (assuming that you are driving a load).

@User2718218
It never reached Max speed yet. Still alot more tuning to be done and expect higher speeds.
You get resonance at different speeds, nothing new there and do not get your point?

@User2718218
Was not surprised that it sped up when the load was released. It is what I expected.
All motors hit a resonance at different speed, due to a combinattion of things, such as bearings, frame structure, balance of rotor etc etc
