In Singapore, it is all about MERIT. The government defines its economy as a MERITOCRACY. Not Democracy necessarily but meriticracy. Everyone is given a chance. If there is a comepetition for a job, and a Singaporean in Singapore and an Australian in Australia applies for the same job, there is no guarantee that the Singaporean will get hired. Its a truly the most level playing field in the world. Lots of Africans study the Singapore model of development. SA should re-study it again.

Learn from Singapore, Hong kong and Macau. British and Portuguese colonies, Hong Kong espicially flourished under the British, and after independence, or rather in the case of Macau and Hong Kong, after they are handed over to China, there is no revenge thing. The white residents in all these places doensn't feel discriminated against. We live in perfect harmony. In fact whites feel much safer here then in US, or UK, or Europe. Seriously, study these places.
