Personally, I use my cheater electric no wres controller, when you press the turbo button, everything goes faster, and all car classes (Drivetrain, turbo, brakes, Ect...) Are improved.
But you can just do El Capitain 200miles endurance race to get the fastest car in the game- Minolta toyota, and then your basically set for the rest of the game.
But I am VERY good without the cheat controller.

I find that an easy way of doing this (atleast with a regular controller) is to combine throttling/braking during turns. It tends to stabilize this car a bit which usually drifts a lot

Gran Turismo is a great racing series and they've been known for there great graphics but i'm going to have to say that Forza is overall the better racing simulator. Forza gives you that real feel and will punish you for mistakes...just an opinion and not an argument starter

Dude, there is no way to go that fast on this mission without doing anything out of the ordinary to your car. it is not possible to break that hard or accelerate around those turn at that speed with just a controller. How are you doing it??

I was playing using steering wheel - Logitech Driving Force Pro. I seen people who can go even faster in this mission. You just have to know limits of the game physics better.

yeha I beat the first few driving misiions...do you get any better cars if you beat the harder ones ?
