its the button that replaces the windows key,
either that one or try options, just hold one of them while computer starts up, it will take u to a screen where u can select windows or ios

@SilverWing9999 Sorry, but i'm really confused. Never done this before. I have the late macbook pro 2011 version, and the setup has all these different instructions. Does anybody know a video where someone does a tutorial on one of those?

the latest range of macbooks have a backup drive where everything is stored,
hense no cd in the box,
just hold onto the mac button when booting up,
