Generally people are afraid to get involved, but it's the criminal that is the most scared of an altercation.
I was walking my dogs 3 days ago, and some shithead kids were throwing rocks at cars. One of the cars stopped, and the shithead of a father came out. He tried to get the VICTIMS a hard time. I explained to him, I saw the whole thing and gave out my phone # to victims.

@Artistchickuk it's not even your bike. Either way you'd be the one getting arrested... You don't even know if it's really his bike. He probably got pissed because the bike lock didn't work so smash the bike then smashed the lock with his club.
