Really helpful! I'm recovering from FHP and once we fixed the initial problem of my head being to far forward all the underlying issues became apparent. I'm now dealing with deep muscle knots and tension points as well as discovering core weaknesses. This exercise really helps both, I can feel a difference after just one day!
