  • A couple of comments...

    First off, when doing bicep curls, keep your elbow stationary, like a pin is going from one elbow through your torso into your other elbow.  You did a good job keeping it stationary on your tricep extensions.

    Second, on your side and front raises, the arm should be slightly bent (which it is) but come up only to shoulder level. Going higher puts you at increased risk for rotator cuff injury.

    Finally, it's bent over and standing ROWS, not rolls. Nice video tho!!

  • Thanks for the exercise tips, Altus website just had a couple of lame examples. This is a great, inexpensive device, Amazon $17.99 with with free shipping ($25 or over). I also got a good Altus weight belt for cheap. Keep working out and progressing!
