The music is Lian Gong music available with the instructor package. You might find it on E-bay by typing in the words Liangong Shi Ba Fa (Refinement Exercise in 18 forms).

I want to know what the first song is in the background music. My master plays it when do a certain qigong and I can't seem to find it elsewhere.
