S.Wray showing his power once again. In the first exercise, he is performing traveling power lunges with two black (strong) iron woody bands and one green (moderate) iron woody band. He is also holding 15# dbs. This exercise requires a lot of power, strength, and balance. In the second exercise...this was a preview of his challenge round. This consisted of 10x10 Leg Press...holding the last repetition for each set at the half-way mark for 10 slow seconds. He was given a 10-15 sec rest between each set if needed. Goal- do as many sets (presses & holds) without resting. Ultimate goal- GOING ALL THE WAY! ALL TEN SETS (PRESSES & HOLDS) WITHOUT STOPPING! WITH LOVE...DOFITNESS!
