WAKING THE PERSON UP!! After you've finished your suggestion simply say 'And on the count of three your eyes will be wide open, you'll feel wide awake, wonderful and refreshed. ONE, coming back into the room, TWO, breathing deeply, eyes opening and THREE, totally back in the room wide awake, eyes open and looking up'. ,the words don't have to be exact. So long as you guide them back awake you can be very creative with what you say :)
