@Jabonator yes your right, it isn't that black and white. Getting the right amount of body movement is very difficult to do. And your also right about it being easier to keep the tempo by moving. One of the hardest things for a musician to learn to do is to move without it being distracting. It is ok to move, but its more distracting than anything for you to move your entire body. If you feel you must move, (other than the hands that are playing the piece) tap your foot. Ive found it helps
