  • i have a kayak and i love your anchor setup but i cant get access to put bolts in how did you put the rear pulley on? thanks

  • @seximac0 - I first used screws and marine sealant. It has held up pretty good. I had a interesting trip a few weeks ago, when the wind and current was ripping and i was just dragging the anchor in what I that was just a sandy bottom area. Sure enough the anchor came across some rocks and that line tighten up and the trolley started repositioning. If it wasn't for the trolley allowing it to change directions, I would have been over board with all my gear. I had to cut the line quick. Thanks Matt

  • That inflatable seat looks comfortable but you are losing crazy primary stability by raising the center of gravity. I tried the same thing at first, and when I forgot it one trip I was amazed at how much more stablized I was while paddling.

How do you like the 15? Is it pretty stable? It looks like a really fast hull design with good glide. I'm considering the 13 since I sold my Malibu

  • @HaPPyPwNy I love the prowler. It is "big" when it comes to transportation, but when cruising across the bay or inter-coastal, it hold a ton of gear and cuts through the water pretty good. I have been meaning to install a rudder.

  • omg dude im so jealous! i wish i lived in florida and had that set up! awesome stuff!

  • @optical76 Thanks!

  • Question - on all the kayaks they have that front storage hatch. When you're on the water, how the hell do you reach it??? I've been lent an ocean scupper pro and I'm confused on this. Same goes for your milk crate - how'd you access it? Cheers.

  • @Kevinthekiller82 Great! Good luck on the shopping. Let me know if you ever make it down to the Bradenton/Sarasota area to fish.

  • @FLfisherman09 I installed a small black plastic cleat on my left side rail. It works great not only for the anchor but to tie off for anything.

  • i have a place were u hold ur anchor on my yak but were do u tie urs?

  • Awesome setup! I am in Tampa, FL and am investing in a fishing yak very shortly. As of now I am looking at the more budget conscience Crescent Splask II angler. Maybe I will see you out on the flats sometime.
