Bed bugs in five star hotel ( RACV Royal Pines Resort in Australia ) photos

Worst Hotel Experience Ever .It is a very shame of five star hotel as RACV Royal Pines Resort at Gold Coast.

My experience at RACV Royal Pines Resort (Ross Street Ashmore, Gold Coast in Australia 13th -- 15th Aug., 2010) was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel in my life (and I've travelled a lot!).

The room we checked in, we found bedbugs crawling on the pillow, bed cover..... & bed bugs eggs stuck on the 3 corners of the bed . Then, we made complaint to the hotel, However, the hotel duty manger, Mr. Box and his colleague were very unfriendly coming up to our room for inspection & afterwards they sarcastically said we might be the ones who brought in the bed bugs from the previous hotel we had stayed. They didn't treat us
with any due respect nor showed us any professional practice as a five-star hotel staff should have. When we checked out the room, they didn't give any appropriate apology for the bed-bug incident either. We were so shocked that it was the most horrible time of our lives! We never realized there were such people like them who work for a supposed "Hospitality" hotel Industry which welcome tourists coming from around the world to Gold Coast in Australia.

Wow. I would of shitted inbetween the mattress and left it there for a surprise for the next person staying there. Now that would of been the biggest bed bug:)
