afterall even modern scholars acknowledge that science does not disprove a higher power

God also might be the easier way to believe in your self.. by religion being massive its times more easier to believe in it.. in healing, happines, all of that stuff.. It's you who's doing it, by believing in a power (called "God") u can use. Ofcourse no1 can tell for sure

@jediknight28 I gues you believe in evolution. Survival of the fittest(the animal who is best matched to its suroundings). What about the intermediate form. They are not the best matched to its suroundings? A beast who have wings but can not fly... Thats must be a easy prey to be eaten... Oke maybye one intermediate form can survive, but every living species.

"something cannot come from nothing" I will follow the same line of logic you use. Therefore God must of come from something, just as the universe must of come from something. And whoever made God must of been made by someone else-- it's a neverending cycle. Pretty ridicious.
