  • I'm a Mma fighter an this is my move. I'm none as a striker but u no

  • could you do it in a fast way or as a counter ?

  • hum, what did you say?

  • Nice. Calm explanation.

I could be wrong, but if this is a bjj demo, under ibjjf referee training rules, the part of his outer (left) leg cant cross over the other guys thigh is illegal. Right?

Its Important for people to understand you tube BJJ has to be taken in context of rules to play safe and avoid DQ.

    Cheers

  • @dan19961 I wish I had started when I was 15.

There was a 14 year old kid at my boxing class the other day, and he came in with near-perfect form and really great speed. Obviously he still had a lot to work on, but you could tell he definitely trained before.

Just make sure you find a good teacher, ask questions, and don't be afraid to tap while you're rolling.

    Good luck man
