The Olympic Games of Wakeboarding:
Every 2 years, the IWSF (International Waterski Federation) hold a World Championship Event where around 30 countries compete for the honour of being Wakeboard World Champions. Each counytry selects 8 Athletes who all compete for individual honours and their points accumulate in team totals.
Australia are the current world champions having secured the Team Trophy in Chuncheon Korea in 2009.
