  • Hi everyone, hope that you enjoy watching my videos in my account.

For Hung Gar training you should just try to train the characteristics of our style- Hard with Soft, Fast with Slow, and combine correct breathing with good stance training. forget about whos better than who, and just simply refine yourself.

Practice with humility as a discipline..and improvement as an everyday goal-never be satisfied with your own level to gain skill yourself. Thankyou for your comments

  • very nice ! I've trained for 14 years in I.O.G.K.F Okinawa go ju ryu many connections and similarities to this style, hard and soft, correct stances, breathing. well done toi you sir ! :-)

  • from one student to a other you got skill

  • It's so important in how you show every move each as if you are applying the move on somebody in combat with you; ie, you display your applications thoroughly which is good for students to recognize rather than the habit some may have of just going through the motions of forms.
