It came off, wheel and all. The axle broke right at the hub.

It's a shame... that car was one of the best sprints I have ever seen and ever worked on... We are having way to many problems with the car he has now.... But Thank God he's alive.

Indeed, he was on a rail that day! It's a shame the axle broke... I really wanted to see how fast he went.
