99 v6 stang does it too...then engine service light popped up....error code said # 2 cylinder was miss firing....changed plugs...........light went off....stumble on hard accel. stiil happening......did seafoam for injectors.........ran better but still bogging down on hard acceleration..........only 74,000.miles.....it has been in the garage for 2 years...fuel filter next ....plug wires to....then pump....just cleaned K&N air filter....i heard idle control sensor as well.

How did you fix the problem. I'm having a harsh stumbling when driving on normal speed. It's very annoying, the car shakes back and forces as if something is stuck along the fuel line. I changed the fuel filter, spark plugs and air filter and the problem still persists.
