On May 9, 2011, WildEarth Guardians entered into an historic settlement with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service which aims to resolve decades of litigation and shift the way endangered species are added to the threatened and endangered species list. We hope it ends years of waiting for species on the candidate list -- animals and plants that both the Service and WildEarth Guardians agree need the protection of the Endangered Species Act.
There are various ways to look at the situation. A large number of the population have come to a more pointed realization with a more sustainable and enjoyable solution. This begins with a prudent examination of WE, one species or humanity as implicated in the present decline of species diversity. As such meant to include many or most of the population human is misleading if not flatly deceptive, as less than 2% of "We" have directly gained from the methods which account for this decline.

Defend the earth or you will be her enemy! I see many numbers gone from washington state the last 8 years we have no squirls no racoons no frogs. I saw the squirls daily and racoons. I haven't seen a squirl or racoon at over a year. I know there is no other soul with eyes that look in one day for as many years as I . I will do all I can and more Please give at least ten minutes a day doing something for the creatures. when they are gone you'll wish you did.
