some can tune on 93 up to like 320 and others on e85 tunes are up to like 335

If the cobalt is white then its a turbocharged cobalt. White SS's only come turbo'd unless he painted it. Its hard to tell in this video. It doesn't matter though good race. My SSTC used to get stomped by my buddies stage 2 MK5 with bolt ons until I got tuned and bolted now I kill him from a roll. I can't launch so he usually kills me from a dig.

@gtiupb2002 oh its looks like u had won...since u started pulling i mean if all this is true props on ur car but for the 1st 2 shifts of the race u had half a car then the 3rd shift of the race u dead evened u

@gtiupb2002 he may have forgotten the nolift shift i mean if u had an extra person ANd u had same horse it should have been a ss win or a complete tie so u may have a factory freak

If people don't believe it ok great, I don't care. I don't own that car anymore and my new car would have destroyed that ss.

@bergaflickal honestly I don't know, never dyno'd the car. If I had to guess I would say close to 260hp but I personally think that is extremely high for my car with out an upgraded turbo (ko4). But I could have had a factory freak. I also have 9 years of driving 8 of it with a manual, he probably have 4 years of exp, Idk, I would say I have the edge there. Weights are about the same, GTI probably 1-2hundred lbs more, maybe. But I had another person in the car so I was even heavier.

@gtiupb2002 hey im just trying 2 understand i mean can u give a ballpark of ur hp and tourqe when u raced him because like i said all in all u probably had around the same horse yet the ss turbo is lighter and has better gearing set im not trying 2 say ur straight up lying r u if all the wrok that u say uve done is true then yes it would be a very close race however the turbo should still have the edge..there are variables like u owned ur car longer so u had more experience shifting

@bergaflickal ok you know what I mean, if not I dont care. I also dont care if you believe my story or not it really wont hurt my feelings. 2004 are mk4s 2005-2009 are mk5s and the mk4s ran a low 15, mk5s are right around 14.7. The cobalt was Stock when I raced him in my GTI, he had a tune when I raced him in my A3 and he beat me. Im not going to sit here and lie, it does nothing for me. Either my S4 would own both cars.

@gtiupb2002 as i havent owned a turbo car as of yet so lets give u the benifit of the doubt and say 25 hp tune i wanna say around another 20-30 hp if that and ur mbc wich idk if uve altered it....so since uve started at around 180 hp and 173 tourqe u may be around the 260 mark wich is the cobalt turbos bhp number now if this cobalt had a tune then ive seen ss turbos go into the low 300 hp range with just a tune so u can see why im having trouble believing ur story...
