  • isolating body movement is not the core of belly dancing by the way. Sadie is very good, very techical...not much artistic though. Arab dancer have both very good technique and artistic skills. If you have been watching these Russian or east-europe women who had invaded the Middle eastern scene then your comment makes much more sens. go around and make sure you know what this dance is about in order to just good from bad. sadie is good, and so are many more arab and are better than that.

  • this girl is realllyyy good, she needs more publicity!

  • Arabian girls have the best bodies ever so belly dancing fits them perfectly

i'm not saying that other girls don't have a nice body

    but it's really really few

  • @411BGFlint I agree - I would love to be able to move like Sadie, she is amazing but there is a passion in the music and that also needs to be translated - someone less technical but more passionate is just as mesmerising. Having said that, I envy Sadie her way of being able to move like she does!

  • admirable.

  • hell yeah

  • No one can move like Sadie. She is awesome.

  • she is amazing! beauty

  • Une merveille! celle-là aussi ira sur mon blog!

  • yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa : when i tried some years ago there were reeeally bad ones out there 8-s

last year I checked amazon and bought sooo many nice ones. i love world dance new york and michelle joyce :) great companies, great ladies :)

  • Well, at least there are great instructional bd dvd's out now. When I first started there were only three or four really good ones. :O)

  • well you are right in a way! I am a hobby dancer, only interested hobby dancers in Mideastern surroundings (Arab, Turkish, possibly also Greek to a certain extent) get a different feeling for the music and dance, and a taste in what is genuine "artful" dancing with emotion as opposed to technical perfection and disconnection of the culture it is embedded in.

but you are right, i m no pro at all!! haha training myself with youtube and some instructional dvds :)
