thank you for replying. i thot it was my pc too. but like even when i try to download a video from my pictures to like fb that is longer than 2.5 mins, it still skips and runs slow,,, this is sooo frustrating.. got any ideas or help?? Thank You So MUch,.... Gina - chfsfan_58@yahoo.com

Ive seen the same problem with computers ive used such as my friends and thats just the computer runing slow so it could be your computer runing too many things at once you could stop this lag by closing programs and another thing you could do is go to task manager and close programs that arn't in use

Your Thoshiba HDD protection is on which is a setting on your computer that makes your computer skip like that to protect your disk drive so all you have to do is search toshiba hdd protection and open that and turn it off or put it at a lower level

i need help. my computer for some reason will not play videos i make on my dig camera. i put them on my pc after i record and when it reaches like 2 & half mins the vidoe skips and stuff... what is wrong? anyone know? i have a toshiba laptop, less than one yr old. windows 7. also a new desktop 1 tb hd, and it still does it on all my computers. can u help? thanks .... my email i s chfsfan_58@yahoo.com

Well if it's still skiping after you uploaded it to fb then your computer is runing slow wait is your Toshiba a laptop? and if so i already know your problem
