@BrainFPatterson I knew the second song played here is a traditional song but didn't know that all six songs are traditional Irish songs for which James Moody made arrangement. Thank you for your information.
The song being played here is called "6 Irish folk songs" composed by late James Moody. He composed many nice harmonica music including "Bulgarian Wedding Dance", "From other days", "Laredo" etc...
Of course I am well aware that this music has nothing to do with legendary violinist Pablo de Sarasate's "Zigeunerweisen". They don't really seem like Volksweisen to me, aber wer weisst! I merely wanted to know who the second player was. It seems unfair that he is uncredited!
@BrainFPatterson Good enough. Thank you for the info. Mr. Moody put together 3 or 4 more Irish songs for harmonica players. They are all nice songs.

@hontonimaa I can't guarantee that all 6 are older folk tunes, but I recgonise at least 4 of them and I susepct the others are too.

The second player, I understand, is
claude from France, a member of harmonica trio group who won the trio championship at Asian Festival a decade ago.
