Are you talking about the ending of her arcade ? Where you see ragna and rachel or something like that ? She mentions him because Ragna is the only person Rachel has ever bitten. She passed her vampirism to ragna making him almost immortal. She did this because ragna was dying when Jin cut his arm off. And rachel helps because she wants that ghost guy to fail in getting the Azure Grimoire, but she is not allowed to interfere directly

@chechacaceres i knew it, i knew it, its all about time travel,that the only that made sens to me, thats also the pic when rachel hold ragna, she falls in love with ragna from the future but ragna doesnt know it in the present, yet to save ragna she has to lose him and she must guide everyone on a path,

and maybe she is sad that ragna will never find out about that alternate future where for unknown reason she falls for him
