BTW, regarding the IS being replaced by ARE... The verb 'is' is also acceptable, as it is covered by what we call Artistic license (or Poetic license) which is (quoting Wikipedia) "used to denote the distortion or complete ignorance of fact, ignoring the conventions of grammar or language, or the changing of an established fact that an artist may undertake in the name of art"

Wag nang okray-in. Our composers want it that way, then be it.
