The monks of Labrang Monastery, Amdo (Ch: Gansu province) have made the second unauthorized press briefing during a CCP-controlled media tour of the eastern Tibet region.

thanks for the translation, snigglefritz. I actually saw lungard's comment and decided to leave it, as I recognised the word Freiheit (freedom or liberty). No PRC bot would be using that word! (Free Tibet of course was also a clue...)

My comment just before that was for the commenter whose offering I deleted last week, in case he came back to look. It was not in German. I'm not going to serve as a possible conduit for CCP propaganda, and I'll err on the side of caution when in doubt.

These monks are very brave because they will be fully aware that they will get years in prison with torture for this if they get caught.

The courage and determination of Tibetans is incredibly strong and will outlast the chinese communist party. The chinese communist party will be gone soon.
