Ecuador has not allowed CP in schools in over 20 years. The teacher here was severely punished for hitting these students. What was intended to be a light punishment, one of the students said he had severe pain and welt marks, and his parents demanted the teacher be fired. 2007

Why the hell did they fire him?! You could even hear them laughing and if it had been serious he had hit them several times! Firing him just because of that is strange....

If people only knew the severity of the corporal punishment teachers were doing in the 70's and early 80's in Las Vegas, Nevada , lets just say if cell cameras had been around then, some of that crap would have made national news.

they are just kidding, that is common in Latin American schools, but they aren't serious, male teachers joke like that with male students. Beatings aren't common in Latin America.
