Note: Fluorescence of radial canal(arourd the top of the body) is not real fluorescence.
Th reaseon:I used 470nm peak excitation light and 546nm peak emission filter to observe. Because the filters are not perfect for native GFP and room was not completely dark,I think scattered light by radial canals appear to be green.
