You have to be bullshitting me. While it's true that games like MGS4 score higher than games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl or Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, the reason behind those scores was... in one word... biased. Games like Call of Duty and God of War get high scores while games like Super Mario Galaxy get lower scores. Why? Game reviewers bias towards FPS games, not Platformers.
Congratulations on proving to us you're a fad jumper.

My favorite thing about the older Nintendo and Sega game controllers is that they can take a great deal of abuse and still work great, which is why Street Fighter II and the older Mortal Kombat games are still my favorite fighting games.

My favorite controller of all time...

"You get the feeling you could run over this with a car and not cause any damage to it"
Trust me that's NOT the case, when I was a kid I accidentally crushed my controller under a chair and the down and left directions on the d-pad became unresponsive after that.

@lyingmongoose I think it's like that because it's easier to relate an "x" or a "y" for buttons than "c" or "d".

@woerink Congratulations, you proved that I was only partially right. Never said I was an expert, so don't be such an ass.

@lyingmongoose Maybe it's because the Japanese read from right to left, so it would be b and then a... Just a theory, probably not true..

When I was a kid, it always confused as to why it wasn't 'A, B, C, D'... and it still does. Any explanations? I bet there's some simple, profoundly sound reasoning for it I've never been aware of.
