  • Why even bother with Solidworks? You can just import the image of a Strat body into Mastercam as an art image and manually spline it, turn it to solid, etc, and then toolpath it.

  • Avirostick,

Excellent point. Many folks that may own Solidworks, Inventor or Pro E do not have MasterCam X. This video was answering a question for a Solidworks user. I love to have you answer this with a Video of your Idea.

    Thanks for your comments.

  • I like the video but the volume is so low I can't hear what you're saying

  • can you dimension a spline sketch to make the sketch solid?

  • Thanks. I may get Solidworks, though I have Autocad and barely use it. Primarily using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Mcam. Currently striving to get a Blacktoe cnc 4x8 kit. I got a Zenbot 12x16 now.
