Range of Motion exercises for quads and paraplegics that should be done daily at least once,if you can do 2-3x's mo power to you.Range will help with atraphe,keeping muscle tone,as well as spasms and loosen up your legs before transfers.This is a quick run through many so do each range and stretch at least 10 times each leg excersise.Even when your in your wheel chair have someone help you if not able to do independently lift legs up and down and move feet,bend legs back and forth,Remember keep them moving!
