A few hours earlier, in the dark of night, the same store had been smashed into and robbed of about $3000 worth of cigarettes. The excellent surveillance system recorded both crimes.

This happened on the morning of March 12, 2011, at Monty's Place in Whitbourne, Newfoundland. She stuffs bottles of liquor into her purse, at a roadside liquor store. She had stopped by in a taxi on her way to another town, to appear in court on shoplifting charges! The cab driver held her until police arrived.
