This is the First Video in a series which I shall be presenting online. The reason I have decide to highlight Stevie Wonders "For Once In My Life", featuring James Jamerson is that: It is a non-repetitive Bassline which carefully outlines and weaves around the vocal line while carefully laying down the groove. I encourage you to sing along with Stevie Wonder and listen to the bassline as it plays with the vocals. This is a master piece and one of my own favorite musical pieces. Cheers !!

Nice to see a bass player who is actually playing at the correct volume, its a shame when I hear a lot of other players post and they turn their basses up way to loud. Keep the volume as it is, it sounds so much more professional and creates a good texture. Thanks for the post, keep sharing!
