Video was shot on 28-June-2009 heading west on Arizona State Route 88 toward Canyon Lake. The footage was shot with a GoPro Motorsports Camera mounted on the riders helmet. The original video was very shaky. Used VirtualDub and the Deshaker plug-in (filter) to stabalize the video. The motorcycle being ridden is a 1949 Harley-Davidson Panhead chopper. The rigid frame and the road conditions lead to the shake in the original footage.

  • You can mute it and hum along with whatever music you prefer. :-)

  • That road is this?

  • Arizona state route 88 east of Tortilla Flat.

  • I used a GoPro Motorsports camera (standard version, not the wide angle). Used deshaker freeware to remove vibration.

  • Step #1. Mute video.

Step #2. Set for full screen.

Step #3. Play Bob Seger's Roll Me Away.

  • I like the music. This video makes me feel free. I wish we had roads like that around my house.

  • nice vid- you could re-dub it with less horrifying music

  • I just wonder how the people involved making the roads there.

  • WOW! Thank you for the upload!

  • Beautiful. Ahhhhhh I want to get back to AZ.

  • perfict road for a bike

  • That part of the desert looks rather more fertile than the area where they filmed the 1969 moon landing.
