  • That's mainly for glutes (no homo)

  • Question does it matter what size ball you use or do you use.

  • @LeonardoNasir yeah it definitly works for the glutes wich is good too but since I haven'tried it yet I cannot say if it also works for the hamstrings

  • you seem to be working the glutes, not the hamstrings, no?
