@BleuTheSnivy technically its not cheating.its whatever you want it to be really.but then you get a synchronizer for method 2 pokemon (any wild pokemon) and hit the time from the second your game starts up till the frame the shiny is on.just watch a video.

@BleuTheSnivy thats kinda long to type out.but basically RNG= random number generator and in emerald its not so random,its time based. so you can find out what frames you have shiny pokemon,wondercard pokemon ect. on and catch them.but its hard because theres 60 frames a second
