    ACTUALLY most photos are 4:3 or 3:2. You need about 13-15 MP to have enough for 4K pixels and 16:9. Also you would need a lot higher if you want a quality image since not good things don't tend to happen at the edges of the sensor.

    Actually each camera needs a powerful enough image processing chip to record it at at least 24fps too

    Each 4K frame is only 9.43 megapixels. Any 10MP+ camera can record 4K video as long as the storage is there.
