    Everything is looking good, but i've already seen a couple of things that i'd be drilling u about if i were training with u! I'll fb msg u some pointers

  • @MrArbitrager Thanks man yeh i know like iron cross wrong hand position, crossed feet, im guessing i do to kick the pain and my chin isnt up to much, my ring handstands alot or terrible! lol il upload next time trying it with longer strap length there isnt heaps of difference. thanks for the comment wolfgang good ay

  • Awesome! Love the kip to back lever and facial expression after the cross' (I know what you're feeling!). Small tip with the clean at the beginning; get your arms under it with your elbows out infront of you so the bar rests on your front delts.
