I was delighted to discover that the music for these songs could be purchased from Martin Simpson's website. The alternative tuning he uses is CGCGCD for 'Never any Good' and CGCFCD for Kit's Tune/Knight won his Spurs. I could never have worked out these tunes by ear even with knowledge of the alternative tuning, so thanks Martin, for making your music avalable to mere mortals. It would take a lifetime of practice to play these tunes with his finesse, but its great to try!
ok so if anyone knows any videos or artists on par with this one please please reply, iv been watching this for three years and hasnt lost a single bit of beauty to me

Songs that touch me to the core. When a Knight Won His Spurs was my favourite hymn at school...thanks to Mr. Hardman.
