@Leafshinoby i couldnt tell u quantitys with distilling my basic vodka recipe witch gets 14% off 6kg's of sugar in a 50 liter air tight bin with airlock ferment for just over a week make sure temp is keept pretty steady (for the yeast to work) need 25 degrees Celsius to 30 i find works
as u can see u really need a drive to do it and acctually enjoy this as it is costly to get into i have spent a good 1000 buks on my hobby and still going onto kegging my beer another grand out the window lol

@fearlifter13 see this depends on the person i distill little different and i allso make 50% even upto 90% and i also make my own beers at the price of 20 buks i have nearly 4 slabs worth of beer at 6%

@limeytrash to be ethanol other known as spirits you need to distill it its a meed otherwise i make my own vodka and u can not achieve any higher than 20% avp i think that 40 proof not sure in proof and to achieve more than 14% avp u need specialized yeast strands good knollage on fermentation i.e sugar to liquid percentages and the rest so no this is not ethanol its meed pruno and all them things

Alcohol made from juice, sugar and yeast is ETHANOL. It is safe to drink. It's METHANOL that's poison. Juice, sugar and yeast cannot make methanol. I think you may be drunk already. Don't know what the hell you're talking about "freezing" alcohol. This is something no intelligent person would ever do.
