This was an interview CBS News's Leslie Stahl conducted with counterterrorism "tsar" Richard Clarke in 2000, which was broadcast on the evening of 9/11, where Clarke discussed the U.S.'s secret Continuity of Government (COG) plan. During the attacks that morning, COG was implemented for the first time.

An E4B was recorded over Washington on 911. Would this aircraft be sent up if continuity of government was put in to effect? Was the shadow government operational on 911?. Their where military excersizes that mirrored the 911 attack taking place on the morning of the attack. The planes that hit the towers crossed paths over Stuart air force base (at the same time). where they replaced by UAV ready aircraft?. Was a shadow group running the 911 operation? Events worth questioning IMO.

I agree with metamorphosis. Dictatorship is definitely coming. The government is going to do another false flag attack as an excuse to institute marshal law. We will become like the germans when hitler took power if we don't all wake up now to the truth.

@eric777100763 this is what always kills me when people argue which political system is the best....the reason our goverment and country used to work so well is the checks and balances...thats why we have 3 branches of goverment....the system itself is EASILY corrupted..ANY system without checks and balances because of the nature of man, is going to become a dictatorship over time....they have begun to slowly eliminate the rights and laws which are in place to prevent this...we have 2 care NOW

@eric777100763 cannot be moved...like the right to bear arms...the try to make the argument about whether people should own weapons that can kil people accidentally or instantly...but the whole reasoning behind the right to bear arms is so that civilians would NEVER be left unprotected from the army or their GOVERMENT..so when the very agency that the right is meant to protect you from tries to alter or take away that right...its your RESPONSIBILITY to get MAD..shadow govt=BAD IDEA

@eric777100763 cont...there is a SET chain of command in order if the decison makers(President, Vice-Presidet etc.) were to be killed....having multiple facilities to prepare if the oval office were hit or safe bunkers is certainly logical and expected...BUT...transferring the "centers of power" to other govt agencies and therefor UN-ELECTED military and civilian people are now COMPLETELY in control...when do the relinquish their power? This is the whole reasoning behgind WHY the powers..cont

What's really disturbing is not only do they plan to go outside the Constitutional successor list, but they plan to not relinquish control after the crisis has abated.

Do they ever plan to give up control? Or just hold onto it forever?

is it possible the US has been operated by the continuity of government "team" since 9-11?

Destruction of the constitution, lost civil liberties, inland check-stops, FEMA camps, army personnel patrolling the streets, phone tapping etc. all make it look like it - and because it's secret nobody knows

Perhaps the SS whispered to Bush at Booker Elementary on 9-11 "they're in control now - relax and follow instruction"
