  • I was just curious if you had taken lessons from Byron Pickering as the realism and "look and feel" of painting style is so similiar. To even be mentioned in the same sentence was a compliment to you!

  • I never met Byron in person but did have the pleasure of receiving some insights from him on Wetcanvas. He's actively teaching classes in person now and I've heard very wonderful things.

    but maybe try more foam on the crashing curl of the wave as opposed to that which is in the foreground. sorry, but this is my opinion only. cheers!

  • hi nice painting but your head is in the way when you paint the camer should be to left more you see.but still it a woundful painting.
