This video showcases two methods for using Watch Folders in Adobe Media Encoder CS5.5: using a single folder for batch processing multiple files to a single format/codec, and using a single, master file and multiple watch folders for batching one piece of content to multiple devices/formats/codecs.

NOTE: Ogg Theora and WebM are not native codecs for CS5.5. As indicated in the blog post above, I'm providing links to 3rd party components for adding these codecs to your workflow...however, these should be installed AT YOUR OWN RISK and are not part of the Adobe suite, nor can I guarantee their functionality.
