Every blues based rnr band has been trying to recreate whole lotta love, heartbreaker, and so on. Its the sound, angus wanted to be like Jimmy Page, and Bon like Robert Plant.

If you go and listen to live zeppelin from say 71 or 72 then listen to acdc live in paris from 79, you cant deny they were trying to be like them I dont care if they admit it or not. The proofvis in the pudding.
