What I had wished DS9 had done was have the Dominon come thru the worm hole in the Mirror Universe. But this time they offer the humans on DS9 their 'help' in once again ruling the Alpha Q.And the whole time Sisko, who knows how the Dominon in his world act,is running around trying to talk everyone out of it!

@Saibrock The mirror universe portrayed in DS9 is only one of many possible mirror universes. It's entirely possible for there to be a mirror universe where the Terran Empire didn't collapse at all.
-
@marcsharp82 Yeah, it WAS a good book though certain things about that mirror universe deeply disturbed me besides how the mirror counterparts of the Enterprise-D acted. It seems that the point of divergence was a few thousand years before the novel takes place as certain ancient human historical figures in the mirror universe act and behave negatively compared to how they actually acted. It makes me cringe as to what the present day (now) in the mirror universe is like!

@Saibrock Well the end of DS9 had the terran rebellion having captured Terrok Nor (DS9 in the prime universe) and Regent Worf. Star Trek online have the Terran Empire recovered and expanding into our univrse by the year 2409.

@marcsharp82 The Star Trek TNG novel "Dark Mirror" has just that. In the version of the mirror universe that's encountered, Kirk booted Spock off his ship. Spock became a high ranking admiral but was killed in a purge so the old Terran Empire continued on unabated. By the time the novel takes place, the empire's conquered ALL the territory within their reach and is poised to collapse since there's no enemy left to fight which is how it lasted so long (think of how dictatorships now survive).

@MrJDW123 According to what fan fiction?
-
@Saibrock The Terran Empire was back by the 25th Century

I never liked the Ent-D as a terran empire ship. The Galaxy class just does not fit in. Too many windows for a pure war vessel
Why there are so many dislikes to the video?

@Crucible52 Good question, I have no idea honestly. Oh well I honestly don't care if a person likes it great if they wanna be a troll and put a crap load of dislikes on it have fun. I'll eventually redo the youtube anyway. Just honestly don't have the time.

There shouldn't be a mirror Enterprise D. The Terran Dominion fell to the Cardassion/Klingon Alliance sometime between TOS and TNG.

@Saibrock The video is quite old, I used mod for star trek legacy to make the footage. The video was a "trailer" for a Star Trek RPG Pen and Paper campaign using the decipher D6 system. And please don't try to correct cannon over a game or a video that isn't 100% accurate. Its just a video that as stated is quite old, the whole point of a role playing game is to do whatever you want and have fun with it.

A series in the Parallel universe might be entertaining, but it would violate the law of Star Trek series: a positive, non-violent (usually) exploration of the galaxy and peaceful contact with other civilizations. We would be, in essense, be cheering for the "bad guys" to win. Still, it might be interesting to see the parallel Vulcans, Klingons, Cardassians, Romulans , et al. get pwned by the Terran Empire for once.

@basherman69 Yeah I know but hell its an RPG story that I wrote for the PnP trek game where a rift opens between the mirror universe and our universe. Besides, in an table top RP game can't just run around exploring ALL the time you know :P Have to have some conflict or some disaster that threatens the galaxy, just look at DS9.
